LinkBase 3.0 RC1 arrived!

Finally the first release candidate for LinkBase 3.0 is finished.
Go to the Download section and try it out or just click on the Demo to see it live in action. And of course, tell me what you think of it, especially if you encounter problems (or want to praise me:-)
The most important changes are:
- You can upload files and create a file gallery with linkbase
- You can edit topics
- You can quickly submit a page to LinkBase using a special bookmark
- You have (brasilian) portuguese and turkish translations thanks to Carlisson Galdino resp. Emre Saglam

Help is needed!
Do you speak Russian, Spanish or Norvegian? Then you could update the language files, because those translations are missing the newer strings.
Do you know how to handle multilanguage and encoding problems in php? There seem to be problems with posting links and some characters. Contact me if you are interested.
