Linkbase 3.0 RC2 released

I am proud to announce release candidate 2. There are not many visible changes since RC1. I fixed various bugs and improved the usability (linkbase tries to remember the currently selected topic whenever possible, to provide a useful default selection.)

Linkbase is used in some installations. I will set up a link site soon to show the pages using Linkbase.

If you are already using 3.0-RC1, you should update to RC2 (no database changes). If you still use Linkbase 2.0 or older, I strongly encourage you to try out whether 3.0-RC2 works for you and report problems to me. As soon as 3.0 stable is out, you really should upgrade, as 2.0 has some severe security problems.
